Lab Location

Prior to purchasing your laboratory testing through DirectHealth Mall, it is advisable to select the link below your shopping cart that will allow you to confirm the nearest lab testing location to you. By selecting the link Find a location near you, you will be able to confirm the accessibility of a LabCorp lab location within your local area. DirectHealth partners with LabCorp and has access to their extensive nationwide network to collect your laboratory specimen. Once you have confirmed that there is a convenient location near you, you can move forward with purchasing the tests selected.

Please note: due to state restrictions, discount lab services through DirectHealth are not available in the following states: MD, MA, NY, NJ and RI. Currently, services are not available in NE, ND, SD, and VT.

Ordering

Testing can be purchased 24 hours a day online and once purchased, your test order requisition remains active within our system for 60 days. This means that you have 60 days to visit a LabCorp lab location (Patient Service Center) for the collection of your test sample. After 60 days, the test requisition will expire. All sales are final at the point of purchase. Once purchased, it is the DirectHealth member’s responsibility to have the test specimen collected within 60 days from the purchase of the lab test. Once a test is purchased, the test requisition will become instantly accessible through our nationwide laboratory network within 4 business hours of your purchase. If you are purchasing a test outside of normal business hours, the above timeframe applies to the next business day. If you encounter any questions or issues at the Patient Service Center upon presenting your copy of the test requisition form, please have the phlebotomist contact DirectHealth at 800-395-4124.

Your DirectHealth requisition is non-transferrable and can only be used by the individual member who ordered the test through our online system. Your requisition will be tied to your DirectHealth membership – so in cases where you need to order tests for a family member or dependent, it will be essential to set up a DirectHealth membership account for that individual directly.

At the Lab

Once finalizing your purchase through the DirectHealth Mall, you will have the opportunity to view your receipt and also a downloadable / printable lab requisition form that you can take with you to the LabCorp Patient Service Center of your choice. In addition, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the lab requisition. This email will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your DirectHealth Mall account. Appointments are not necessary but you can schedule an appointment online using the LabCorp website or by calling the LabCorp location nearest you.

Upon check-in, you will be asked for your name and date of birth to locate your test requisition through LabCorp’s system. You can provide the test requisition form that you downloaded / printed at the time of purchase as well. If there are any questions concerning your test requisition, please have the phlebotomist contact DirectHealth at 800-395-4124.

Test Results

After your lab specimen has been drawn and received by LabCorp, DirectHealth will receive your test results within 24-48 hours. Once received, we will mail the lab test results to you directly, within 2-3 business days. The test results will be mailed to the address that you supplied for your DirectHealth membership.

Diabetic Supplies

Delivery

Diabetic supply orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days of placement. Once the order has been processed, delivery time will depend upon the method of shipment you select for your order. Please be sure that your credit or debit card billing information is entered correctly. Mistakes in billing information and insufficient funds on debit cards account for most of the delays in shipping products.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or change your order within 3 hours of placement by sending an email to DirectHealth Mall Customer Service at support@directhealthmall.com.

Please place "Cancel Order" or "Change Order" and your order number in the subject line field. If you are canceling your order, you can either receive a credit towards a future purchase or we will refund your card. Please let us know which you would prefer.

Bulk Ordering

From time to time we may offer discount pricing for bulk orders of $500 or more. Just call 800-345-4124 and a DirectHealth Mall team member will work with you to give you the best pricing possible.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of items ordered, and will be displayed in your shopping cart. DirectHealth currently does not ship outside the U.S.

Shipping Rates and Methods

When ordering a diabetic kit or reorder supply kit, all orders enjoy free shipping standard. Our standard shipping method is through USPS First Class Mail, which takes approx. 5-7 business days.

Our items are manufactured and fulfilled at various locations around the U.S. All costs listed are in U.S. dollars. DirectHealth Mall currently does not ship outside the U.S.
